Colcord Hotel (Downtown OKC)
We have reserved a block of rooms at The Colcord in downtown OKC (approximately 30 minutes from the venue). This location is near several walkable restaurants, bars, stores, and more. We have a limited number of rooms available, so we recommend booking as possible to ensure your accommodation. The booking link is available HERE.
Hilton Garden Inn Edmond / Oklahoma City North
For those who prefer to stay closer to the venue (approximately 15-20 minutes away), we recommend the Hilton Garden Inn. We do not have a room block at this hotel, so we recommend booking earlier to ensure your accommodations here.
Transportation
For guests traveling from out of town or staying in downtown OKC, we recommend using rideshare (uber/lyft) to get to the venue. To avoid waiting for your ride (especially when taking rideshare from the venue), we suggest scheduling your Uber or Lyft in advance.
For guests traveling from out of town who would prefer to drive, car rentals are available near the OKC airport at Hertz, National, Alamo, Avis, Thrifty, and Enterprise car rentals.
